Shipping policy

1. Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that during high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping (Australia) : 3-5 business days
  • Standard Shipping (international): 7-10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or carrier issues.

3. Shipping Destinations

Ilkari Jewels currently ships to Australia, New Zealand and the US. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We ship from Unit 11/835 Canning Hwy Applecross, Perth WA 6153.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can track your order using the link provided in the email or directly through the carrier’s website.

5. Shipping Issues & Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Ilkari Jewels is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties, which are determined by the destination country’s customs office. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. Ilkari Jewels has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Ilkari Jewels is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to our customer support team, and we will do our best to assist you. All Ilkari pieces are tracked and insured for convenience and peace of mind. In the event a delivery is lost, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate and find a solution. 

8. Changes to Your Shipping Information

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been processed or shipped.
